To order, select the items you like and add them to your cart. You can finalize your purchase in two ways: either with a customer account where your details will be automatically filled in, or without an account as a guest where you will manually enter your shipping details during checkout.
Yes, creating an account is not mandatory. You will just need to fill in your delivery information at checkout.
Yes, we use secure payment protocols. If you encounter any difficulty during payment, our customer service is available to help you.
We accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept bank transfers and any other secure method offered directly on the site during checkout.
If the order is still being prepared, call our customer service immediately to request a modification or cancellation. If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and proceed with a return within 14 days.
You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, and in perfect condition.
The request can be made in two ways. You can send an email to contact@caribbeanclock.com, or go via our website through the Contact section, then Track Order, and finally Return Order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases where we cover everything: the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, or the wrong reference or model was delivered.
The refund is made within 14 days after we receive and verify your returned package.
As soon as it is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you. You can track your package via the Track Order tab in the Contact section, or through our "Need help?" chatbot at the bottom left of the site.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery via Colissimo takes between 48 hours and 1 week, excluding weekends and holidays. Rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of the package and your address in mainland France.
All our products have a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers the internal mechanism including the movement, motor, and hands, as well as any manufacturing defect. It does not cover damage from a fall, natural wear and tear, or exposure to excessive heat or humidity.
