Your thermometer is calibrated in the workshop and requires no adjustment. When moved, it needs about 20 minutes to acclimate to its new environment before providing a stable and accurate reading.
The mechanism is laboratory-calibrated during manufacturing to ensure reliable readings. There is no need for manual adjustment; it functions autonomously right out of the box. All Caribbean Clock products come with a 1-year warranty. This covers the internal mechanism such as the movement, motor, and hands. It also includes any abnormal functioning not caused by misuse and manufacturing defects found at reception.
The warranty does not apply to damage from drops or shocks. It also excludes natural wear like batteries or scratches, damage from humidity or heat, and any unauthorized repairs.
Yes, you must log in to your customer account to validate the activation. You can activate it through Settings & Calibration or by clicking the button at the top right of our logo.
