Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

At Caribbean Clock, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide reliable and secure delivery of all orders. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions described below.

Order Shipping

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • France and Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • International: 7 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, high demand periods, or logistical constraints.

Carriers

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • Colissimo
  • or an equivalent carrier depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Caribbean Clock cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – B2C)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without penalty.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned:

  • in its original packaging
  • complete
  • unused
  • in perfect condition

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Caribbean Clock reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product:

  • is incomplete
  • has been used
  • shows signs of damage

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, Caribbean Clock will offer:

  • a replacement
  • or a full refund

Business Orders (B2B)

Orders placed by professional customers are final and non-refundable, unless an exceptional written agreement is granted by Caribbean Clock.

Legal Guarantees

All products sold on Caribbean Clock benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code)
  • the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by misuse
  • unauthorized repairs or modifications
