Gently turn the clock over to access the mechanism. Insert a new 1.5V AA non-rechargeable battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Never use batteries exceeding 1.5V, as high voltage could permanently damage the movement.
Once the battery is in place, locate the small adjustment knob on the back. Gently turn it in the indicated direction (usually clockwise) until the hour and minute hands point to the exact current time. This step only takes a few seconds.
Your clock is ready to be installed. Choose a clear wall, away from impact and humidity. Use the hanging system integrated into the back to hang it perfectly straight. Once in place, it will pace your day with style and reliability.
Over time, a slight discrepancy may occur, particularly during seasonal daylight saving changes (Summer/Winter). Adjusting the time takes only a few seconds using the dial on the back. If you notice the clock repeatedly losing or gaining time, it may indicate a weak battery. An annual battery replacement is recommended to guarantee optimal precision.

All Caribbean Clock products come with a 1-year warranty. This covers the internal mechanism such as the movement, motor, and hands. It also includes any abnormal functioning not caused by misuse and manufacturing defects found at reception.
The warranty does not apply to damage from drops or shocks. It also excludes natural wear like batteries or scratches, damage from humidity or heat, and any unauthorized repairs.
Yes, you must log in to your customer account to validate the activation. You can activate it through Settings & Calibration or by clicking the button at the top right of our logo.
Please contact us with your order number and the specific model of your clock. You must also provide a photo or video clearly showing the problem.
